Stop getting bad waxes!
We guarantee a great experience every time.

 Your First Brazilian Wax
  1. Don’t worry!
  2. Allow for at least 2 weeks of outgrowth. The hair needs to be long enough for the wax to effectively grab onto.
  3. If its been a while, a little of trimming can make the wax more comfortable. Try not to go too short though; aim for at least 1/4 inch of hair left.
  4. Light exfoliation (exfoliating glove or body scrub) done regularly (3x a week) will help get rid of dead skin, resulting in a smoother wax. Don’t forget to moisturize your skin daily with an alcohol free moisturizer without added fragrances that is suitable for your skin type.
  5. You can get waxed on your period. Just wear a tampon or cup. You can also get waxed while pregnant.
  6. Notify me if you are on any blood thinners or medications that thin your skin such as any acne medications or Retin A. If you are on a medication or using a product that causes your skin to be overly sensitive, please consult with your doctor first.
  7. DO NOT ignore your home care. I will go over this with you at your appointment.
  8. You will need a few waxes when first starting out to catch all of the growth cycles. Meaning you will achieve that smooth result with regular and continued waxing. Plan accordingly for events or vacations.
  9. Drink plenty of water before and after your appointment!

Please cancel or reschedule any scheduled appointment at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Failing to do so could result in a charge of 100% of the total service cost. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without informing the service provider (no-show), you are responsible for the full cost of the appointment.
